Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování literárního přehledu, který posuzuje nutriční význam sýrů, vývoj spotřeby v posledních letech, jakožto i nabídku sýrů v tržní síti, včetně uvedení inovačních a spotřebitelských trendů tohoto odvětví. Bakalářská práce byla v průběhu zpracování doplněna o dílčí cíl, a to vypracovat jednoduché dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na problematiku nákupu a spotřeby sýrů u vybrané skupiny respondentů. Výsledky průzkumného šetření jsou uvedeny v závěru bakalářské práce a informují o základních rysech nákupního a spotřebního chování na trhu se sýry. This thesis focuses on the literature review process that assesses the nutritional importance of cheese consumption trends in recent years, as well as offer cheese market network, including the introduction of innovative and consumer trends of the industry. This thesis was completed during the processing of intermediate destination, and develop a simple questionnaire focused on the issue of purchase and consumption of cheeses with selected participants. The results of an exploratory survey are provided at the end of the thesis and inform on the essential features shopping and consumer behavior on the market in cheese.
