Diplomová práca sa zaoberá zlepšením komunikačného mixu vybranej akciovej spoločnosti. Prvá časť práce je zameraná na teoretický výklad a vymedzenie dôležitých pojmov marketingu, analýzy prostredí, nástrojov marketingového a komunikačného mixu. V ďalšej časti je charakterizovaná činnosť analyzovanej spoločnosti, súčasný marketingový a komunikačný mix. V tejto časti je tiež uvedená SWOT analýza a dotazníkové šetrenie. V poslednej časti navrhnem nový komunikačný mix, ktorý bude viesť k zlepšeniu situácie v podniku. The diploma thesis deals with improving communication mix of the selected joint stock company. The first part focuses on the theoretical interpretation and definition of the important concepts of the marketing, environmental analysis, marketing and communication mix tools. The following part describes the activity of the analysed company, the current marketing and communication mix. This section also contents the SWOT analysis and the questionnaire survey. In the last part I propose the new communication mix to improve the company’s market position.
