Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou tří lateránských koncilů uznaných katolickou církví za ekumenické. Jmenovitě je to První lateránský koncil (1123), Druhý lateránský koncil (1139) a Třetí lateránský koncil (1179). Rozbor se týká především koncilních kánonů a s nimi spojenými tématy. Hlavním pojítkem práce je církevní reforma započatá v 11. století a vrcholící právě v této době, která silně ovlivňuje tyto koncily. S touto reformou je spojena celá řada témat a otázek, které koncily řeší. Především jsou to otázky simonie, zásahů laiků do církevních záležitostí, papežské volby, biskupské pravomoci, celibátu, důstojnosti kléru, a také míru a pořádku v tehdejší společnosti. Vzhledem k novému pojetí ekumenických koncilů 2. tisíciletí je věnován zvláštní prostor otázce ekumenicity i autority těchto koncilů. Metoda práce je založena na logické analýze kánonů doplněné o poznatky ze sekundární literatury. This baccalaureate thesis deals with an analysis of three Lateran Councils recognized by the Catholic Church as ecumenical. Namely, it is the first Lateran Council (1123), the Second Lateran Council (1139) and the Third Lateran Council (1179). The analysis covers mainly the conciliar canons and related themes. The main work is to link reform of the church started in the 11th century and culminating at this time, which strongly affects these councils. With this reform is linked to a number of topics and issues addressed by councils. Firstly the issues of simony, interference of the laity in church affairs, papal elections, episcopal authority, celibacy, clergy dignity, and peace and order in that society. Due to the new conception of the 2nd Ecumenical Councils Millennium is dedicated to the special issue of space ekumenicity and authority of these councils. The working method is based on the canons of logical analysis, complemented by knowledge of secondary literature.
