a klíčová slova Předmětem této diplomové práce je sociální klima školní třídy a školní úspěšnost žáka. Diplomová práce je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na zpracování daného tématu na základě české i zahraniční soudobé odborné literatury. Zaměřuji se na školní třídu z pohledu sociální psychologie. Rozebírám formování sociální struktury školní třídy, způsoby jejího poznávání i nejčastější pozice a role, jež se ve školním kolektivu vyskytují. Dále uvádím základní poznatky o sociálním klimatu, jeho tvůrcích, determinantách a diagnostice. Jako posledním se zabývám tématem školní úspěšnosti. Vymezuji pojmy školní neúspěšnost, sebehodnocení a vnímaná akademická účinnost. V empirické části prezentuji kvantitativní výzkum, do kterého se zapojilo 309 žáků a 17 třídních učitelů ze základních škol z Prahy. Cílem výzkumu bylo potvrdit souvislost mezi sociálním klimatem školní třídy a školní úspěšností žáka. K tomuto účelu byly použity dvě dotazníkové metody - dotazník B-3 a dotazník "Jak se učím" (MALS). Na základě statisticky zpracovaných dat nebyla tato závislost potvrzena. Jako průkazný se ovšem ukázal vztah mezi vnímanou akademickou účinností a známkami žáků ve škole. This dissertation thesis is divided into the theoretical and the empiraical part. The teoretical section is focusing on the elaboration of the given theme on the bases of czech and foreign vocational literature. I am focusing on the classroom from the scrutiny of the social psychology. I am analyzing the formation of the classroom's social structure, the methods of its cognition and the most common positions and roles which are most frequently occurring in the classroom. I am introducing the basic findings about the social climate, his formers, determiners and diagnostics. As a last point of this part of my thesis I am dealing with the theme of the school success. I am defining the conception of school ineffectualness, self-classification and academic self-efficacy. In the empirical part I am presenting quantitative research, there were 309 pupils and 17 class masters from the elementary schools in Prague involved. The purpose of my research should have confirm the connection between the social climate of the classroom and the school success of the pupil.
