Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou eGovernmentu na úrovni USA, EU a ČR v rámci tří vymezených vývojových etap. Cílem práce je identifikace rozdílných trendů a přístupů v procesu elektronizace správních agend. Analyzuje relevantní legislativní dokumenty a klíčové iniciativy, jenž k vývoji eGovernmentu přispěly na lokální úrovni zkoumaných regionů. Poslední kapitola práce pak obsahuje také stručný nástin budoucnosti eGovernmentu. The main subject of this thesis is three development stages of eGovernment at USA, EU and Czech level. The aim of this thesis is to identiy different trends and attitudes in the process of electronization of administrative agendas. It analyzes the relevant legislative documents and key initiatives, which contributed to the development of eGovernment at the local level of the examined regions. The last chapters of this thesis also contains a brief outline of the future of eGovernment.
