ABSTRAKT: Bakalářská práce se zabývá zákonnou, smluvní a dobrovolnou péčí o nepedagogické pracovníky v základních školách, jako podpůrného prostředku pro lepší pracovní výkony těchto pracovníků. Teoretická část se zabývá historií, druhy a právním podložením péče o zaměstnance. Vychází z publikací autorů, kteří se zabývají personalistikou a řízením lidí, zákonů a z internetových zpravodajství. Práce je zaměřena především na možnosti a využití tohoto prostředku ve prospěch nepedagogických pracovníků. Výzkumná část práce předkládá výsledky výzkumného šetření, z něhož je konstatováno v jakém rozsahu je poskytována povinná péče nepedagogickým pracovníkům, nakolik je poskytována dobrovolná péče a zdali tato dobrovolná péče může být motivací pro nepedagogické pracovníky. ABSTRACT: The baccalaureate work is engaged in legitimate, contracting and voluntary care non- pedagogical workers in basic schools as a supportive medium for better working achievements of these workers. The theoretical part deals with history, kinds of care about employees and its legal basis. It comes out from publications of authors which are engaged in personnel management and proceeding of people, from laws and web-based news services. The work is mainly specialized in possibilities and usage of the means in benefit of non-pedagogical workers. The experimental part of this work submits results of exploratory survey and it is claimed what range obligatory care of non-pedagogical workers is provided if the voluntary care is provided and whether it can be a motivation for non-pedagogical workers.
