[cze][eng] Název: Regenerace v předzávodním období ve sportovním aerobiku Cílem této práce je poukázat na moderní metody a formy regenerace v období, které je pro závodníky nejnáročnější z hlediska psychické i fyzické stránky, popsat účinky i průběh jednotlivých forem tak, aby si závodník sám mohl vybrat pro něho nejvíce vyhovující. Dále zařazení jednotlivých procedur do konkrétních týdenních mikrocyklů pro optimální připravenost sportovce na následující závodní období a předcházení negativních stavů přepětí a přetrénování. Cílem je poukázat na důležitost regenerace, její širokou a dostupnou škálu a pozitivní účinky ve formě zvýšení výkonnosti.
