[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnanosti studentů, kteří studují v prezenční formě na FF UK v navazujícím magisterském programu. Teoretická část této práce se věnuje hlavním otázkám souvisejícími s vysokoškolským vzděláváním. Zabývá se systémem vysokoškolského vzdělávání, finančním zdrojům vysokoškolského vzdělávání, finančním aktivitám studentů, sociálním nerovnostem v přístupu k vysokoškolskému vzdělávání a také reformě vysokoškolského vzdělávání. V praktické části diplomové práce je popsána charakteristika výzkumné metody a její aplikace. Hlavní použitou výzkumnou metodou je dotazník určený pro studenty navazujícího magisterského studia na FF UK studující v prezenční formě. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výsledky a závěry z výzkumu. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with main questions related to university education such as the system of university education, financial sources of university education, financial activities of the students, social inequality in university education and reform of university education. Practical part of the thesis contains description of research method and its application. Main research method is a questionnaire, prepared for students studying the master programme of Faculty of Arts at Charles University.
