Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití Camberwellského formuláře pro mapování potřeb, klinické verze, v procesu hodnocení potřeb lidí s duševním onemocněním s cílem odpovědět na otázku, zdali se tento nástroj jeví jako užitečný pro identifikaci potřeb lidí s duševním onemocněním v procesu poskytování konkrétních sociálních služeb (služby poskytované o.s. Fokus Praha) a zdali může být užití tohoto nástroje v praxi v tomto kontextu nosnou platformou pro návrh vhodných intervencí. Práce má teoreticko-aplikační povahu. V teoretické části je věnována pozornost problematice potřeb, především některým teoretickým konceptům potřeb, dále je zde věnován prostor tématu případné existence specifik v systému potřeb u lidí s duševním onemocněním a detailnímu popisu Camberwellského formuláře pro hodnocení potřeb - jeho charakteristikám, podmínkám pro administraci a způsobu administrace a využití výsledků v praxi. Empirická část si klade za cíl zmapovat jednak oblasti potřeb, v nichž klienti a zájemci o služby o.s. Fokus Praha potřebují podporu, jednak popsat, jakou formu a míru podpory v těchto i dalších životních oblastech již využívají a druhak se snaží zmapovat, do jaké míry se změnila struktura v systému potřeb u výběrového souboru dotazovaných v rámci znovu mapování potřeb po půl roce. Na... anglicky The research study deals with the use of Camberwell Assessment of Need (CAN - Clinical version) in the process of assessing the needs of people with mental illness in order to find out whether the instrument appears to be useful for identifying the needs of people with mental illness in the process of providing specific social services (i.e. services provided by Fokus Praha) and to identify whether this tool may be used in practice in future as a supporting platform for designing of appropriate interventions. The work in this research has its theoretical and functional aspects. The theoretical part of the conducted research devoted attention to the needs particularly some of the theoretical aspects of needs. Moreover, there is a dedicated space on the existence of any specific needs of people with mental illness and detailed description of the Camberwell Assessment of Needs form - its characteristics, conditions and method of the administration and its use in practice.
