[cze][eng] Téma práce je analýza rekvalifikace jako efektivního nástroje v boji proti nezaměstnanosti. Rekvalifikace je jedním z nejpoužívanějších nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Ve své práci zkoumám efektivitu rekvalifikace a dlouhodobý přínos pro rekvalifikované osoby. Výzkum provádím na vybraném vzorku bývalých klientů vzdělávacího projektu, který se uskutečnil v letech 2006-2008. Na základě osobních rozhovorů s účastníky projektu a dotazníků jsem vyvodila závěry ohledně dlouhodobého přínosu rekvalifikačních kurzů a formulovala doporučení, pro zefektivnění poskytovaných školení. Retraining is one of the most common means of pro-active employment policy. In my research I have focused on the efficiency of retraining and long-term enhancement for the retrained individuals. The research has been conducted on a chosen fragment of those, who participated in educational project, which was carried out in 2006 - 2008. Based on personal questioning and questioners, too, I have come to the conclusion on long-term enhancement of retraining projects and set up recommendation to make the retraining courses more effective.
