Bakalářská práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření a vztahem, který k němu zaujímá sociální opora. Cílem této práce je na základě poznatků z odborné literatury a praxe klinických psychiatrů posoudit význam sociální opory pro jedince trpící syndromem vyhoření. V práci jsou nejprve vymezeny pojmy syndrom vyhoření a sociální opora. Následně jsou představeny nejdůležitější poznatky o sociální opoře, jejích složkách, funkcích a vlivu na jedince. Poté práce identifikuje hlavní příčinu syndromu vyhoření - stres. Vymezuje jeho hlavní roviny stejně jako podněty, které ho způsobují, rozebírá příznaky stresu, sleduje jeho postupný vývoj i s důsledky a analyzuje způsoby jeho zvládání. Dále je v práci popsán vývoj syndromu vyhoření, podrobně jsou charakterizovány jeho symptomy a osobnostní dispozice, které napomáhají jeho vzniku a rozvoji. Práce se zaměřuje na profese, které jsou náchylné na vznik a rozvoj syndromu vyhoření a obsahuje kazuistiku jedince postiženého syndromem vyhoření. This Thesis deals with the issue of the burnout syndrome and with relationship between burnout syndrome and social support. The aim of this work is based on knowledge from the literature and from experience of clinical psychiatrists to assess the significance of social support for individuals suffering from the burnout syndrome. In the Thesis, there are first defined terms burnout syndrome and social support. Consequently, there are presented the most important knowledge of social support, its components, functions and impact on the individual. Then, the Thesis identifies the main cause of burnout - the stress. It defines its main levels as well as stimuli that cause it, discusses the symptoms of stress, follows its development and consequences and analyzes the ways to cope with the burnout syndrome. Furthermore, the Thesis describes the development of burnout, characterizes the symptoms and personal dispositions that facilitate its formation and development. The Thesis focuses on professions that are vulnerable to formation and development of the burnout syndrome and contains a case report of an individual who has recently suffered by the burnout syndrome.
