Předmětem a cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování a shrnutí veřejně dostupných informací o viru HIV a o onemocnění AIDS. Velká část práce je zaměřená na historii, kde je popsána závratná rychlost rozšíření HIV/AIDS po celém světě. Ze statistik vyplývá, že informovanost lidí o problematice HIV/AIDS je poměrně nízká. Proto věřím, že zde nashromážděné informace budu moci v budoucnu využívat k prohlubování vědomostí studentů při výuce přírodopisu a biologie. HIV and AIDS The object and purpose of this work is to map and summary of publicly available information about HIV and AIDS. Larger part of the work is focused on history, which surveys the breathtaking speed of the spread of HIV and AIDS worldwide. Statistics show, that people's awareness about HIV and AIDS is relatively low. Therefore I believe the information collected here will be able to use in the future to deepen students' knowledge in teaching natural history and biology.
