Práce pojednává o učitelově pojetí výuky. Sleduje tento fenomén v kontextu časového i společenského vývoje. Shrnuje dosavadní zjištění nejrůznějších odborníků z domácího prostředí i zahraničí. Jak se ukazuje, učitelovo pojetí výuky je problematikou, která si v současné době zaslouží velkou pozornost. Pohled na učitelovo pojetí výuky se v průběhu času značně změnil. Stejně tak i přístup k cíli ve vyučování jako jedné z jeho významných složek. Na začátku 3. tisíciletí, kdy v souvislosti s cíli vzdělávání hovoříme o dovednostech a kompetencích, je více než žádoucí této oblasti rozumět a uchopit ji v celistvosti. The thesis deals with teacher's concept of education. It monitors this phenomenon in the historical context and social development. Actual investigations from different domestic and foreign specialists are summarized. As it turns out, teacher's concept of education is a question which deserves high attention these days. The view on teacher's concept of education has often changed a lot over time. Similarly, the approach to the aims in the education as one of its component converted. At the beginning of the third millennium, when in the context of educational aims, it is spoken about skills and competences, it is more than desirable to understand and embrace this topic entirely.
