Obsah práce je určen všem zájemcům z široké veřejnosti. Především však lidem, kteří se zajímají o fotbal a jeho trénink. Vhodný také pro začínající trenéry. Práce obsahuje teoretickou charakteristiku jednotlivých pohybových schopností a jejich metody rozvoje a diagnostiku. Výzkum poukazuje na to, jak je možné ovlivnit rozvoj pohybových schopností. The work is open to all interested persons from the general public. Especially for people who are interested in football and his training. Also suitable for beginning coaches. The work contains a theoretical description of various physical skills and their development methods and diagnosis. Research points to how it might affect the development of physical skills.
