Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dětskou chirurgii v oblasti hrudníku a její problematiku. Teoretická část seznamuje se specifiky anatomie, fyziologie a kineziologie vyvíjejícího se organismu. Následuje přehled hlavních diagnóz, které jsou indikovány k chirurgickému výkonu v oblasti hrudníku a popis jednotlivých operačních technik. Hlavní problematikou hrudní chirurgie v pediatrii je riziko vzniku pooperačních komplikací, které jsou v práci rovněž uvedeny. Následuje část věnující se možnostem fyzioterapie. Fyzioterapie je rozdělena na časová období, ve kterých jsou využívány různé postupy, které jsou stručně popsány. Praktická část obsahuje obecnou metodiku vyšetření a fyzioterapeutického postupu v závislosti na věku pacienta. Poslední část je věnována kazuistice, která názorně poukazuje na celou problematiku. Závěr je stručným shrnutím hrudní chirurgie v pediatrii a významu fyzioterapie jako nedílné součásti tohoto medicínského oboru. The bachelor thesis is focused on pediatric surgery in thoracic area and its dilemma. The theoretical part contains knowledge about anatomy, physiology and kinesiology of developing organism. It is followed by overview of the most common diagnoses indicating thoracic surgery, describing each of those surgeries individually. The biggest issue of entire pediatric thoracic surgery is the risk of postoperative complications, which is also discussed in the thesis. This part is then followed by discussing means of physiotherapy. The informations are divided into several parts, each describing means of physiotherapy used in different time sequences. Practical part contains general means of examination and physiotherapic approach depending on patient's age. The last part is devoted to casuistry, which clearly demonstrates issues related to pediatric thoracic surgery from the physiotherapeutic point of view.
