Práce uvádí předběžné výsledky měření emisí N2O z půdy tzv. zimní pastviny. Zimní pastvina, zejména v lokalitách více zatížených zvířaty, je velkým zdrojem N2O. Na částech pastviny se silně poškozenou nebo zcela zničenou strukturou půdy jsou také narušeny mikrobiální procesy přeměn látek. Results on the measurements of nitrous oxide emissions from cattle overwintering area located in South Bohemia are summarized. It is shown that the site investigated represents an important source of greenhouse gases including nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide. Long-term presence of animals led to changes in soil microbial community too.
