Tato práce se zabývá výsledky výzkumu, podle něhož mohou být čeští učitelé rozděleni do pěti skupin podle jejich vztahu k ICT. Ověřuje teorii Difuse inovací E. M. Rogerse. Práce je dále zaměřena na problematiku vztahu mezi učiteli a využitím ICT ve výuce v mateřské škole a na základní škole. Vychází se zde z předpokladu, že postoje učitelů k ICT a jejich tendence k inovativnosti budou významně ovlivňovat jejich obecný přístup k moderním informačním a komunikačním technologiím v učitelské praxi i ke konkrétnímu využití ICT ve vyučování a učení. Klíčová slova Učitel, ICT, teorie Difuse inovací, styl výuky, kompetence, profesionální dovednost This project concerns the preliminary results of research which aims to examine and potentially confirm the Individual Innovativeness Theory, according to E. M. Rogers` typology, which states that Czech teachers can be divided into five groups depending upon, and classified by, their relationship to the ICT technique. The project analyses the relationship between teachers and factors indicating a successful usage of ICT in kindergartens and basic schools. It is assumed that the attitude of teachers to ICT, and the relative efforts they make to implement innovation, are the most significant factors reflecting their general attitude to the utilization of modern information and communication technologies in the teaching and learning process.
