MUDr. Václav Liška V dizertační práci "Prognostické faktory časné recidivy metastatického procesu kolorektálního karcinomu v játrech po jeho chirurgické léčbě" autor řeší následující problematiku: V literárním přehledu charakterizuje: epidemiologii, diagnostiku a léčbu metastatického procesu kolorektálního karcinomu v játrech (CLM) ve vztahu k biologické aktivitě nádoru a možnostem jejího určení. Současně je podáno seznámení s nádorovými markery charakterizujícími toto onemocnění a s klinickými prognostickými faktory CLM. In this thesis Prognoslic factors of early recurrence of colorectal liver metastases after surgical therapy the autor characterizes the epidemidemiology, diagnostics and treatment of colorectal liver metastases (CLM) in relation to biological activity of tumour and the possibilities of determination. Contemporary the author introduces to problematics of tumour markers, which determine CLM and to clinical prognostic factors of CLM.
