Abstrakt: [cze][eng] Tato bakalarska prace se zabYva tematem odchodu cloveka ze zamestnani, dusledku, ktere tato situace prinasi, a moznYrni mechanismy pomoci pri jejich zvladani a prekonavani. Podrobneji jsou popsany nejen psychologicke a sociaIni dusledky, ale jsou zmineny take dalSi oblasti, ktere mohou bYt v souvislosti se ztratou zamestnani ovlivneny a zasazeny. Tyto dusledky jsou tak vymezeny v kontextu ryznamu prace pro cloveka a jejiho postaveni, ktere v lidskem zivote zaujima. V praci rovnez specifikuji pojem osobnosti jedince, jeho pracovni motivace a vztah k profesni kariere, jako daISi dUlezite aspekty, objasnujici vyznam prace pro cloveka a ovlivnujici zpusob zvladani situace odchodu ze zamestnani a vzniklou nezamestnanost. Dale v teto praci shrnuji mozne duvody odchodu ze zamestnani, a to ve dvou rovinach, jednak na strane zamestnance a jednak na strane zamestnavatele. ZabYvam se take krMce tematem nezamestnanosti, jejich specifik a souvisejicich hledisek, ktera je casto nevyhnutelnYrn nasledkem odchodu ze zamestnani. Skupinu moznych dusledku vzniklych v souvislosti se ztratou zamestnani a nezamestnanosti doplnuji 0 vyrnezeni zpusobu prozivani teto situace a moznosti, jak se s ni vyrovnat. V zaveru prace uvadim moznosti mechanismu pomoci a podpory, ktere jsou nezamestnanYrn a lidem, jenz se ocitli v kriticke...This bachelor work is focused on subject of the employment termination, incurred consequences and possible relief and professional help to manage this situation. Psychological and social aspects are especially pointed out. There are mentioned other categories as well as the aspects which are concerned by the unemployment problematics. Unemployment aspects are defined in the context of the job importance and its place in a human life. I am also trying to specify the concept of personality, work motivation and career as the key aspects of the employment itself. Further I am trying to answer the question, how all these elements influence quitting a job and incurred unemployment and helping to manage this complicated situation for unemployed people. I am resuming possible reasons for the employment termination in two lines, the reasons for an employee as well as for an employer. I am further considering the subject of the unemployment, the specifics and other aspects which are related to the job termination. The consequence and the aspects when quitting job are completed with the methods how to deal with this complicated situation.
