cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce popisuje vývoj nejvlivnějších a nejznámějších teorií managementu a leadershipu ve 20. st. Jádro práce spočívá v popisu a závěrečném kritickém zhodnocení přínosu těchto teorií. The bachelor thesis describes the development of most famous theories of management and leadership in 20th century that had and still do have great influence over our managerial and organisational thinking. The focus of this paper is to describe and critically evaluate the contribution of these theoretical disciplines from a human factor's perception of organisation. The first part of the thesis is focused on "big theoretical concepts" of "taylorism", Fayol's concept of managerial functions and principles in management, human relations school and theory of bureaucracy. The second part considers modern and post industrial theories influenced by psychology and information technology and those built on the basis of former great thinkers of management.
