Na základě výsledků tohoto průzkumu poukazuji na nedostatky v zabezpečení zdravotnických pracovišť a jeho podceňování ze strany vedení. Důraz je kladen na úlohu zaměstnavatelů v této problematice zaměřený na prevenci a způsoby řešení následků násilí na pracovišti. Těžiště práce tvoří kvantitativní průzkumné šetření na vybraných pracovištích zaměřené na hodnocení kvality pracovního prostředí z hlediska bezpečnosti, ochrany zdravotnického personálu, přístupu zaměstnavatelů a celkového vnímání problematiky samotnými zdravotníky. The objective of this Bachelor's thesis is to explore the issue of violence in medical facilities by means of a theoretical study, as well as research using questionnaires completed by a selected group of health professionals. Based on the outcome of the research, I point out shortcomings in security found in medical facilities, and the tendency of management to underestimate security. Emphasis is therefore placed on the role of employers in this area, with a special stress on prevention and ways to address consequences of violence in the workplace. The core of the thesis consists of a quantitative exploration conducted at selected facilities, focusing on the quality of the work environment in terms of safety, protection of medical staff, employer's approach and overall perception of this issue by the health professionals themselves.
