Bakalářská prácc sc zabývá problematikou podmínek pro výchovu dítěte do tří let věku v rodině i mimo rodinu. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, názory rodičů na mateřské či rodičovské dovolené na délku rodičovské dovolené a možnosti volby její délky. Dále zjistit stanovisko k péči o dítě do tří let věku v rodině a mimo rodinu a možnosti této péče nabízené státními, soukromými a občanskými institucemi. The main objective of the survey was to find out what parents think about the conccpt of maternity and parental leave, about the length of parental leave and about the possibility of modyfing it. Another objective was to disclose their viewpoint on the nurture of children up to three years of age inside and oustide of the family, and on the possibilities of nurture offered by both public and private institutions.
