[cze][eng] Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je rozbor vztahu papeže Urbana II. k církevní reformě 11. a 12. století. První část obecně nastiňuje politicko-církevní situaci západní Evropy od 10. století, přes počátky papežské reformy až po pontifikát Řehoře VII. Druhá kapitola popisuje vliv dvou významných reformních center, Remeše a Cluny, na vývoj a formování osobnosti Oda de Lagery, budoucího papeže Urbana II. Závěrečná třetí kapitola je věnována rozboru významu Urbanových reformních koncilů, reorganizaci papežské správy a dalším zásahům do vývoje církevní reformy.The main theme of this bachelors work is an analysis Pope Urban II.'s relation to church reform in the 11th and 12th centuries. The first part outlines the religious-political situation in Western Europe from the 10th century, through beginnings of papal reform to pontificate of Gregory VII. The second chapter describes how two significant reform centres, Reims and Cluny, influenced the development and formation of future pope Urban II.'s character. The third and final chapter is devoted to analysing the importance of Urban's reform councils, the reorganisation of papal administration and other circumstances surrounding the developement of church reform.
