[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se věnuje vztahu rodiny a mateřské školy. Sleduje legislativní zakotvení vztahu školy a rodiny. Zabývá se sociálně-historickým a ekonomickým motivem spolupráce. Všímá si role rodiny, socializačního procesu dítěte a role učitelky. Popisuje významnost komunikace jako prostředku socializačního procesu, který pozitivně ovlivňuje klima třídy a mateřské školy. Důraz je kladem na formy komunikace učitelky a rodiny v rámci pedagogického působení. Dotýká se různého filosofického pojetí předškolního vzdělávání v rámci vzdělávacích programů, a tím různému pohledu na partnerství rodiny a instituce. Důraz je kladem na spolupráci mateřské školy a rodiny ve waldorfské pedagogice. Druhá část práce pojednává o výzkumu, který se věnuje pojetí spolupráce a vzájemné formy komunikace ze strany rodiče i pedagoga, a jaký má vliv na vztah rodina a škola.The Diploma thesis deals with the relationship of the family and nursery schools. Monitor legislation as regards schools and families. It deals with socio-historical end economic cooperation motif. Notes the role of the family, child socialization process and the role of teacher. Describes the importance of communication as a mean of socialization process which positively affects the climate of school and nursery classroom. Emphasis on forms of communication between teachers and families in the educational activity. Touches on various philosophical concept of pre-school education within the curriculum, and thus differrent view of family partnerships and institutions.
