Abstrakt: [cze][eng] Nazev: Korekce zatizeni bederni patefe pfi aerobiku Cile prace: Upozornit na nadmerne zatizeni oblasti bederni patefe v lekcich aerobiku, navrhnout korektivnipostupy a zjistit, zda tato korekce byla ucelna a vhodna. Metoda: Prace byla zpracovana jako experiment, jehoz podstatou bylo korekcni cviceni se zamefenim na bederni cast patefe. Vyzkumny soubor tvorilo 60 zen ze tri ruznych cvicebnich skupin. Obsahova napln sledovanych cvicebnich lekci aerobiku byla jednotna a delka lekci shodna. Dve ze zkoumanych skupin byly s intervenci, jedna bez intervence. Skupiny s intervenci provadely v prubehu cvicebnich lekci nami navrzena dechova a kompenzacni cviceni. Vsechny ucastnice experimentu odpovidaly v prubehu experimentu na anketni otazky zamefene na subjektivni pocity v oblasti bederni patefe. Hodnoty subjektivnich pocitu v oblasti bederni patefebyly ziskany pomoci VAS skaly. Vysledky: U vetsiny zen doslo po aplikaci dechovych a kompenzacnich cviceni ke zmirneni pocitu bolesti bederni patefe. Method: The task is executed as an experiment with the focus on the correctional exercises for lumbar spine. Experimental group was created using sixty women from three different exercising groups. The aerobic lessons tracked were the same in length and content. Two groups were subject to corrective intervention while one control group was left without intervention. The two groups with intervention were using suggested breathing and compensation exercises. All sixty members of the experimental group answered a questionnaire with questions focused on subjective feelings in lumbar spine. Significance of subjective feelings was measured using VAS scale. Results: Painful feeling in the lumbar spine was reduced after using breathing and compensation exercises.
