Magisterská práce se věnuje situaci, která nastává při zavádění externí týmové supervize do českých sociálních zařízení. V průběhu posledního desetiletí se zde prvně setkávají dva odlišné světy. Manažerský, zaměřený především na řízení, supervizorský, zaměřený na reflexi pracovní situace supervizantů. Supervizoři a manažeři se v ČR potkávají ve stále ještě relativně nové situaci, která na ně klade dosud neznámé nároky a kterou ne vždy zvládají. Cílem magisterské práce je proto vytvořit informační materiál, který poskytne oběma stranám informace potřebné jak pro vzájemné poznání, tak i pro snadnější navázání spolupráce. Pro manažery je navíc určen návrh způsobu, jakým mohou zavádění supervize uchopit, mít je pod kontrolou a následně ze supervize co nejvíce vytěžit při naplňování svých manažerských cílů. This master work deals with a situation, that happens during innovating external team supervision into the Czech social settlement. During the last ten years two different worlds have met there. The managerial one which focuses mainly on control and the supervisory one, which focuses on the reflection of working condition of the supervisors. The supervisors and the managers have still been meeting each other in relatively new situation with unknown demands and they often do not cope with them. The aim of this master work is to create an information material which offers both sides the needed information that is important not only for understanding each other, but also for easier cooperation. Besides this, there is also given a draft of a way how to start the supervision, how to control it and how to acquire the best of it during fulfilling their manager goals.
