Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výchovně-vzdělávací přístupy učitelek v určitém typu mateřské školy - ve škole s prvky Začít spolu - a zdravotních sester v určitém typu dětského domova - v Dětském centru. Teoretická část zpracovává teoretické a odborné poznatky o dítěti předškolního věku v rodině, v MŠ a ve výchovné instituci mimo rodinu. V praktické části zjišťuje, jak probíhají spontánní a řízené činnosti v obou institucích, jaký je jejich denní poměr, jak a kým jsou vytvářeny plány těchto činností. Dále se zabývá tím, jaké jsou metody práce učitelek / zdravotních sester, jak probíhá volná hra dětí, jakým způsobem je do ní v daných institucích zasahováno a jaké hry a hračky mají děti k dispozici. The bachelor thesis looks on to the attitudes of the teachers in a particular type of a nursery school - nursery school with some principles of Step by Step approach and of the nurses in a particular type of children's home - Dětské centrum. In the theoretic part it processes theoretic and technical pieces of knowledge about preschool child in the family, in the nursery school and in the educational institution outside of the family. In the practical part it finds out how the spontaneous and the controlled activities in both of the institutions take place, what is their daily proportion and who and how makes the plans of them. The thesis also looks into the teacher's and nurse's methods and approaches of their work, how the free play of the children take place, in which manner is it interfered (in the institutions) and what are the games and the toys available for the children.
