[cze][eng] Držení tě la j často užívaným pOJmem, jak ve zdravotnictví, tak i v komerč ně používaných systémech cvičení, které můžeme částečně chápat jako součást prevence. Na otázku správného držení těla není stále jednotný názor a jeho význam je často p odceňován, č i simplifikován. Správné držení těla můžeme chápat jako automatickou funkci organismu, určitou svalovou souhru ve smyslu aktivace daných částí svalů, i jej ich časování, jež provází každý cílený pohyb. Tato fyziologická souhra je však rušena mnoha faktory, například nemocí, únavou, nevhodným ergonomickým prostředím, nefyziologickou výchozí polohou při výkonu povolání (kyfotické držení ... ), či sportu (hyperextenze páteře v gymnastice, baletu ... ) , sociokulturními tlaky. Práce se bude zab)"'Vat právě významem výchozí polohy pro fázický pohyb, přesněji pro tělesná cvičenÍ. Je důležité upozornit, že v této práci bude použita literatura jak odborná - medicínská, tak i laická literatura, pro širší veřejnost, a to z toho důvodu, že práce má za cíl ukázat co nejvíce pohledů na tuto problematiku. Stejně tak bude použita i literatura staršího data, možná dnes již historická, protože pominout dnes j iž nepoužívané cvičební systémy by bylo krátkozraké, minulost přece vždy ovlivňuje budoucnost.
