Diplomová práce se zabývá plánováním a rozvrhováním výroby v potravinářského průmyslu. Teoretická část se zabývá formulací a strukturou rozvrhovacích úloh a detailněji rozebírá úlohu flow shop, pro kterou je vytvořena reálná aplikace pro nejmenovanou firmu. Dále také stručně popisuje technologické specifikace výroby, jež jsou stěžejní pro praktickou část. Praktická část se zabývá formulací matematického modelu. Optimální řešení je získáno pomocí optimalizačního programu MPL for Windows. Matematický model zahrnuje proměnné, které řeší sériové a paralelní řazení procesorů a snaží se zachytit co nejvěrněji výrobní procesy s technickými specifikacemi pro konkrétní podnik. Kritériem optimalizace je minimalizace nákladů z hlediska vybrané technologie výroby. Reálná aplikace slouží jako vzor pro řešení podobných úloh. The thesis deals with planning and scheduling of production in the food industry. The theoretical part is concerned with the formulation and structure of the task scheduling and analyses the flow shop in the detail, for which a real application for an unnamed company has been created. It also briefly describes the technical specifications of production, which are crucial for the practical part. The practical part deals with the formulation of a mathematical model. The optimal solution is obtained using the optimization program MPL for Windows. Mathematical model includes variables that solves serial and parallel processors and try to capture as most exact as possible manufacturing processes with the technical specifications for a particular enterprise. The criterion for optimization is to minimize the cost in terms of the selected technology of production.
