Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá poznáním oboru logistiky a zákaznického servisu v ní a firmě Damco Hungary Kft. Teoretická část obsahuje definici logistiky, zabývá se jednotlivými vrstvami logistiky a věnuje detailnější pozornost zasílatelství. Na to na navazuje problematika zákaznického servisu. V dalších kapitolách se dostaneme do praktické části, kde představím projekty, které má firma Damco za sebou. Cílem těchto projektů bylo nastavení firemní kultury, která staví zákazníka na první místo. Analyzované průzkumy spokojenosti zákazníků v této práci probíhaly za času restrukturalizace firmy. Cílem analýzy těchto průzkumů je získat odhad o stavu vztahů zákazníků k firmě Damco a navrhnout postup řešení problémů. This bachelor thesis is about getting to know the field of logistics and the customer servise in it and in the company Damco Hungary Ltd. The theoretical part contains the definition of logistics, deals with the layers of logistics and pays special attantion to freight forwarding. After that, comes the problematice of customer service. In the following chapters we will get to the practical part, where I presents the projects of Damco. The goal of these projects was to change the corporate culture, which places the customer first. The analysed surveys of customer satisfaction, in this thesis, were conducted during the restructuring of the firm. The goal of these surveys is to get a general overview of the state of relationship between Damco and its customers and to suggest solutions to the problems.
