Bakalářská práce s názvem Problematika rozvoje emoční inteligence ve státní správě je ve své teoretické části zaměřena na formulaci jednotlivých přístupů v oblasti emoční inteligence, řešení její problematiky a vysvětlení jednotlivých schopností a dovedností, které jsou v této oblasti definovány. Praktická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení přístupu vedoucích pracovníků ve státní správě k tématu emoční inteligence a na jejich ochotu se v tomto směru dále vzdělávat a rozvíjet. Ve výzkumné části této práce byla, pomocí dotazníkové metody, zjišťována znalost principů emoční inteligence u 40 vedoucích pracovníků ze státní správy a případně jejich následné využívání v praxi. Na základě vyhodnocení přijatých odpovědí bylo zjištěno, že všichni respondenti považují znalost emoční inteligence za velmi důležitou, a to nejen v oblasti řízení lidí, ale také v oblasti sebeovládání. Z výzkumu dále vyplynul fakt, že většina respondentů principy emoční inteligence ve svém týmu uplatňuje, ale pouze na laické úrovni. V závěrečné a diskusní části této práce jsou pak shrnuty veškeré poznatky, které tato práce přinesla. The theoretical part of my bachelors thesis The Issues of Development of Emotional Intelligence in Government is focusing on the formation of individual emotional intelligence approaches and explains individual abilities and skills in this area. The practical part of my thesis is focusing on evaluating the emotional intelligence approach of the executive employees in the government and their willingness to develop and learn about this subject. In the research part of my bachelors thesis I used questionnaires to study the knowledge of the emotional intelligence principles with 40 executive employees of the government and how they practice those principles. Based on the responses it was concluded that all respondents consider emotional intelligence to be very important, not only in the human resources area but also in the area of self control. The research also showed that most of the respondents put the emotional intelligence principles into practice in their work team, but only at an amateur level. All findings and observations are summarized in the conclusion and discussion part of this thesis.
