Předmětem bakalářské práce je hrubá spodní stavba bytového domu. Jedná se o osmipodlažní stavbu. Tři podlaží jsou určena pro hromadné garáže a pět podlaží pro bytové jednotky. Objekt se nachází ve vnitrobloku bývalého areálu TESLA v Jihlavě. Bakalářská práce se zabývá především etapami, pro které jsou v ní zpracovány technologické předpisy: zemní práce a zakládání objektu. Bakalářská práce dále řeší zařízení staveniště, časový plán, položkový rozpočet, návrh strojní sestavy, kontrolní a zkušební plán a bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. The object of the bachelor thesis is a coarse substructure of the apartment building. This building is eight-storey building. Three floors are garages and five floors are flats. The building is in the courtyard of a former factory TESLA at Jihlava. The bachelor thesis mainly deals with the stages in which there are processed technical regulations: earthwork and foundation of the building. The bachelor thesis also addresses building equipment, scheduling, itemized budget, proposal of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and safety and health protection during the work.
