Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na spokojenost zákazníka v neziskové organizaci. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se zákazníka, spokojenosti zákazníka a pojmy související s neziskovou organizací. Cílem praktické části je poskytnout návrhy na zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníka v cimbálové muzice. The thesis is focused on customer satisfaction in nonprofit organization. In the theoretical part there are defined basic notions deleating with a customer, customer satisfaction and nonprofit organization. The main aim of the practical part is to provide the proposal to increase the customer satisfaction in a folk music group.
