Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh implementace zvolené části CRM systému, který vychází z komplexní analýzy procesů a funkčních požadavků firmy XY. Vzhledem k rozsáhlosti celého systému, se bude tato práce zabývat pouze jednou funkční oblastí, a to konkrétně – Obchodním případem. Jedná se o agendu zastřešující obchodní proces. Celý tento systém je navrhován pro implementaci v Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. This thesis focuses on the Business Case agenda implementation design for CRM system based on a comprehensive analysis of processes and functional requirements of the company XY. Regarding the scale of the whole system, this work deals with one functional areas only, namely - the Business Case. This is an agenda overarching business process. The entire system is designed for implementation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.
