Práce se věnuje návrhu a vývoji informačních systémů. Je zaměřena na řídící pracovníky v oblasti informačních technologií. Rozebírá stavbu informačních systémů a požadavky na ně. Studuje možnosti řízení projektů IS včetně metodik vývoje softwaru. Obsahuje analýzu softwarové firmy a přichází s návrhy k zefektivnění procesu vývoje v této firmě. This work is dedicated to design and development of information systems. It`s aimed at managing workers in workarea of information technology. It analyzes architecture of information systems and demands on them. It studies options in project management of IS included software development methodics. It contains analysis of software company and comes with suggestions for more effective development process in this company.
