Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem plně diferenčního operačního zesilovače ve třídě AB v technologii I3T25 firmy ON Semiconductor. Práce obsahuje popis unipolárních tranzistorů, struktur a jednotlivých částí operačního zesilovače. Hlavní zaměření práce je v navržení obvodu, který bude schopen pracovat i na vysokých kmitočtech. Správná činnost navrženého obvodu je ověřena pomocí simulačního programu Cadence. This bachelor thesis deals with the design of fully differential operation amplifier with AB output stage in technology I3T25 of ON Semiconductor company. The work contains the description of unipolar transistor, structures and all the particular parts of operation amplifier. The main focus of the work is to design a circuit that will be able to work at high frequencies. The right functioning of designed circuit is verified by simulation program Cadence
