Diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem vhodných metod a nástrojů pro plánování výzkumných projektů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecnou teorii a specifika jednotlivých přístupů, modelů a nástrojů projektového managementu. Analytická část na výběr vhodných prvků plánování na základě průzkumů ve firemním prostředí. Praktická část pak na tvorbu metodiky a její promítnutí do práce s podpůrným softwarem. The Diploma thesis deals with selection of appropriate methods and tools for planning research projects. The theoretical part focuses on the general theory and the specifics of individual approaches, models and project management tools. Analytical part on the selection of appropriate managemenet elements based on examining enterprise environment. The practical part on the creation of a methodology and its projection to the work with supporting software.
