Bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech využití wiki systémů pro prezentaci obecních úřadů. Její součástí je i legislativní analýza požadavků na takovouto prezentaci a je definována specifikace takové aplikace. Na základě těchto zjištění je proveden návrh a implementace, která je ověřena v jednom konkretním wiki systému jménem XWiki. The Bachelor's Thesis discusses an application of wiki technology as a web presentation of a local authority. The thesis contains legislative and user requirements analysis and specification of that application. It describes design and implementation, which is demonstrated as a modification of the XWiki system.
