Studie se zabývá možnostmi regulace psychického napětí a odbouráváním stresu pomocí pohybových aktivit u učitelů, trenérů a koučů. Častým jevem u těchto profesí je hypokinéza a nabídka pohybových aktivit je jimi velmi vítaná. Sdělení charakterizuje pouze první etapu výzkumného úkolu, který dále pokračuje. The study deals with possibilities of psychical strain regulation and teachers´, instructors´, and coaches´stress reduction by the means of physical activities. Hypokinesia is a very common phenomenon with these professions and the offer of physical activities is appreciated very much. The study characterises only the first phase of the research task which further continues.
