Práce pojednává o základní problematice návrhu malé vodní elektrárny, hlavně v oblasti návrhu elektrické části, turbo-soustrojí a připojení MVE na síť. V první teoretické části je popsáno rozdělení elektráren podle jednotlivých parametrů. Děle se zabývám teorií návrhu hlavně stavebních částí MVE. Ve čtvrté kapitole je již konkrétní návrh MVE pro zvolenou lokalitu se zaměřením na elektrickou část MVE. Pro ukázku jsou zde jednotlivé parametry propočítané, i když v praxi je možné většinu výpočtů nahradit návrhem pomocí speciálních programů. V závěru hodnotím možnosti vodní energetiky u nás a celkovou efektivitu stavby navrhnuté MVE. Work treat of basic problems of design small hydraulic power plant, mostly in area of design electric parts, turbine-generator unit and interface MVE electric power network. In first theoretic parts it´s described to partition power station after single parameters. In the next part I deal with theory of design building parts MVE. In fourth chapter I already design MVE for elect locality with a view to electric part MVE. To demonstration are here individual characteristics calculate, even if practically it is not necessary, because most calculations are replaced by calculation s in special software. At the close of work I evaluate possibilities water energetic in ČR and general effectiveness of construction suggested MVE
