The resulting analysisis used to evaluate a price diference of particular plots and to evaluace the effect of territorial planning on prices of stated localities.; and finally a building plot. In particular steps; The thesis deals with the evaluation related to territorial planning of administrative and common prices for plots with in the scope of land register in the city Třebíč. Each lokality is evaluated according to degrese of territorial planning. The particular degrees are consisted of the following evaluation levels – an agricultural land; Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na posouzení vlivu územního plánování na administrativní a obvyklou cenu pozemků v rámci katastrálního území města Třebíče. Každá z těchto lokalit je oceňována dle stupňů územního plánování jako zemědělský pozemek; dále jako pozemek určený k zastavění a v poslední fázi jako stavební pozemek. V jednotlivých krocích jsou ke každému pozemku stanoveny administrativní ceny na základě platných oceňovacích předpisů a dále tržní ceny. Výsledná analýza slouží ke zhodnocení rozdílu cen jednotlivých pozemků a dále pro zhodnocení vlivu stupně územního plánování na cenu daných lokalit.
