Úlohou této diplomové práce je navrhnout nový sklad náhradních dílů. V první části práce je popsaný teoretický rozbor zpracovávané problematiky. Dále následuje analýza současného skladového stavu v podniku a analýza informačního skladovacího systému SAP. Hlavní část práce tvoří stanovení skladových zásob, situování skladu, volba skladovacích zařízení a návrh dispozičního řešení. Na základě vyhodnocení podle zvolených kritérií byla určená výhodnější z variant. Závěr práce je věnovaný ekonomickému hodnocení realizace skladu náhradních dílů. The goal of this thesis is to propose a new warehouse of spare parts. The first part describes the theoretical analysis of mentioned problems. This is followed by an analysis of the current situation in the company warehouse and analysis of information storage system SAP. The main part consists of determining the inventory, location of warehouse, storage equipment choice and a draft layout. Based on an evaluation by selected criteria was identified advantageous variant. The conclusion is devoted to the economic evaluation of the implementation of the warehouse of spare parts.
