Cílem této práce byl návrh zkušebního zařízení pro zkoušení automobilových klimatizací. Zkušební zařízení má nahradit kabinu a motorový prostor vozidla. Pro pohon kompresoru ve zkušebním zařízení slouží elektromotor. Vzduch přiváděný do klimatizačního zařízení vozidla je upraven na extrémní podmínky a jeho přiváděné množství simuluje pomalou jízdu rychlostí maximálně 50 km/h. Hlavní rám byl navržen z hliníkových profilů Bosch Rexroth, které zajišťují dobrou modularitu celého zařízení. Opláštění tvoří izolační panely od firmy ELCOM System, ty mají dobré izolační vlastnosti a poskytují i dostatečnou únosnost pro umístění různých měřících zařízení uvnitř zkušebního zařízení. Konstrukční návrh byl proveden v systému SolidWorks a jeho výstupem byly 3D modely navrženého zkušebního zařízení. Vzorové prvky umístěné ve zkušebním zařízení pochází z vozu Škoda Octavia II. Pro toto vozidlo byly prováděny i výpočty tepelné zátěže. V závěru práce je obsažen postup jednoduchého vzorového měření, které lze na tomto zkušebním zařízení provést a také byl proveden nástin dalších možných měření. The aim of this work was to design test bend for vehicle air-conditioning. This test bend should simulate interior of the car and the engine compartment. Electric motor is used to drive compressor in test bend. Air supplied to test bend is modified to extreme conditions and the volume of supplied air is the same as the car drove at 50 km/h. Main frame of test bend is made from aluminium profiles manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, which provides great modularity. Walls are made from insulated panels by ELCOM System, they have very good insulation and are strong so additional equipment can be installed inside. Construction design was made is SolidWorks with 3D models of test bend as output. Air-conditong parts which were used as samples are originally from Skoda Octavia II. For this vehicle were made calculations of heat loads. In conclusion is simple testing example for this test bend and although there are some examples for future measuring.
