Abstrakt: In C6 glioma cells undergoing cisplatin induced apoptosis,structures resembling degraded nucleoli were frequently observedin the perinuclear cytoplasm. In some cells, these originallynuclear structures mooved through deep invaginations of the nuclearenvelope, while in the other cells breakdown of small nuclearlobules is the source of this cytoplasmic component.
