Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problémem návrhu podnikatelského záměru. Analyzuje problémy související s návrhem řešení na založení společnosti v oblasti poskytování služeb. Na základě této analýzy jsou zde vypracovány návrhy postupů, doporučení a opatření vhodných k tomu, aby pomohly společnosti v orientaci na trhu, k upevnění pozice na trhu, zvýšení tržního podílu, dále o zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb a k získávání nových klientů. Tyto návrhy a doporučení by měly být rádcem, jak přispět k úspěšnému založení malé společnosti a vést k naplnění jejich cílů. In my Master’s thesis I am engaged in problems related to business plan proposals. The work analyses problems related to proposals of solutions for company extension in the field of service provision. On the basis of the analysis there have been processed the proposals of procedures, recommendations and measures suitable for supporting the company orientation in the market, strengthening its position in the market, increasing its market share as well as rendered service quality improvement and new clients obtaining. These suggestions and recommendations should be a guide – they should help a small company to develop and they should also lead to the company aims fulfilment.
