Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá osudem a ekotoxicitou vybraných látek s hormonálním účinkem v životním prostředí. Jsou to nejen látky ze skupiny steroidních hormonů, které jsou pro tento účinek vyráběny, ale také mnoho xenobiotik, které tento účinek vykazují. Jedná se o látky, které různými mechanismy narušují endokrinní systém. Mohou způsobovat feminizaci, maskulinizaci, narušení reprodukce aj. Z hlediska chemické struktury patří do skupiny ftalátů, polychlorovaných bifenylů, pesticidů, těžkých kovů a dalších. Byl hodnocen dopad těchto látek především na vodní ekosystém, který se ve většině případů stává jejich konečným rezervoárem. This bachelor thesis deals with the fate and ecotoxicity of chosen substances with hormonal effect in the environment. This group of compounds covers steroid hormones, which are produced for these effects, but also a lot of xenobiotics, showing similar activity. The substances disrupt the endocrine system by various mechanisms. They can cause feminization, masculinization, disruption of reproduction, etc. In terms of chemical structure they belong to the group of phthalates, polychlorinated biphenyls, pesticides, heavy metals and others. The impact of these substances, especially on the aquatic ecosystem, which becomes their reservoir in most cases, was assessed.
