Bakalářská práce řeší návrh Rodinného domu s knihkupectvím a videopůjčovnou v Jílové u Prahy. Budova Má přibližně tvar obdélníku s výstupkem. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní. Dům má 2 balkóny a je zastřešen sklonitou sedlovou střechou s třemi vikýři. V objektu se nachází komerční prostory (videopůjčovna a knihkupectví) a bytové jednotky. Bachelor thesis solves the design of a house with video library and bookstore in Jílové near Prague. The building has approximately shape of a rectangle with a dot. The building has two floors and basement. The house has 2 balconies and it’s covered with a pitched gable roof with three skylights. There are commercial space (video shop and bookstore) and housing units in the building.
