Zpráva obsahuje výsledky výzkumu CVVM z ledna 2004. Zaměřuje se jednak na spokojenost s tím, že Česká republika má schválený rozpočet na rok 2004, jednak se samotnou podobou rozpočtu a vzájemně srovnává oba druhy zjištění. The report contains the results of research by CVVM from January 2004. It focuses in part on public satisfaction with the fact that the state budget for 2004 was approved, and in part on the actual budget itself, and it compares the observations on both.
