Práce se zabývá vlivem Velké hospodářské krize na koncern Škodovy závody. Podnik hrál klíčovou roli už pro monarchii koncem 19. století. Při budování koncernu si Škodovka prošla všemožnými ekonomickými i politickými vlivy. Jedním z nejzásadnějších byla Velká hospodářská krize. Vliv krize na podnik, omezil výrobu, obrat, zisk, stavy zaměstnanců a další ekonomické ukazatele. Škodovka krizi překonala bez dlouhodobých úhon a od roku 1934, kdy krize končila ve světě, se podniku podařilo zlepšit situaci koncernu. Rok 1935 představoval růst většiny ukazatelů podniku a odeznění efektu krize. The work deals with the influence of the Great Depression on concern Skoda Works. Company played a key role for the monarchy in the late 19th century. During building concern Skoda underwent all sorts of economic and political influences. One of the most important was the Great Depression. Impact of the crisis on business, reduced production, turnover, profit, number of employees and other economic indicators. Skoda overcame crisis without long-term defects, and since 1934, when the crisis ended in the world, the company managed to improve the situation of the group. The year 1935 represented a growth in most indicators of the company and the fading effect of the crisis.
