[cze][eng] Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat činnosti v oblasti nákupu v konkrétní společnosti, procesy následně analyzovat a nalézt kritické oblasti. Posledním krokem je tvorba návrhů a doporučení pro zlepšení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na procesy a procesní řízení, jejich definice, historii, přínosy a další. Obsahuje dále kapitolu o mapování procesů pomocí diagramů SIPOC, Swimlanes a Flowchart, metody zlepšování procesů jako je DMAIC a Kaizen a metody využitelné pro identifikaci problémů, příčin a návrhů zlepšení. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení procesů společnosti s hlavním zaměřením na proces nákupu. Ten je rozdělen do čtyř po sobě jdoucích procesů. Procesy jsou jednotlivě mapovány a analyzovány s identifikací návrhů na zlepšení. Závěrem práce je souhrn doporučení s výběr hlavních návrhů k implementaci a také kroky realizované společností na základě představené diplomové práce.The aim of the thesis is to map purchasing activities in specific company then analyze the processes and identify critical points. The last step is to create a list of ideas and recommendations for improvement. The theoretical part is focused on processes and process management, their definition, history, benefits and other aspects. First part also contains a chapter about process mapping using diagrams SIPOC, Swimlanes and Flowchart, process improvement methods such as Kaizen and DMAIC and methods useful for identifying problems, causes and suggestions for improvement. The practical part is focused on introduction of company processes with main focus on the process of purchasing. It is divided into four consecutive processes. Processes are individually mapped and analyzed with identification of points for improvement. Final part of work presents list of recommendations with a selection of main advice for implementation and steps which are implemented by the company based on the presented thesis.
